Chapter 1
She didn’t' know what to do, or what was happening. One minute she was on a yacht with a deadly and dangerous drug lord looking to get his way and going through anyone to get it. Then she was here. Only where was here? All she remembered was lots of water surrounding her. Someone had pushed her, or dragged her overboard? She wasn't sure. Back to the water-- it was cold, so cold and on the verge of turning into ice. She could have sworn that if it had been one degree lower that it would have been like swimming through ice cubes. Then there was that smell. The smell of fish was it? She wasn't sure about that either but she knew it was some kind of funky smell that couldn't have been too good to be swimming in. Then that voice. Yes it was starting to come back to her. There was a man, a deep voice. Telling her, 'oh what was he telling me?' Oh yes, he was telling her to keep up, Keep swimming. No there couldn't have been a man. There was no one out there. 'Maybe it was, no it couldn't be', she had hoped that he was him, the man whose beautiful face held those beautiful eyes but she knew better it wasn't him, if it were she would of woken up next to him but still she hoped. She figured that it was just her imagination playing tricks on her and labeled it as something that was only in her mind.
She finally saw the one thing she had been waiting to see. She saw the sand. And she saw the man who had been calling out to her. The man was someone familiar, someone too familiar. He helped her out of the water and carried her to wherever she was now.
Suddenly her eyes shoot open. She looks around nervously once again hoping to see her love standing there, but he isn't. 'Where am I?' She thinks to herself. She looks around and starts observing the room. It was just a normal room with nothing to help her learn where she is. She suddenly lets the tears fall down. She walks over to the mirror to inspect herself. Her long blonde hair and clothes are soaking wet and she has a towel wrapped around her. The door opens a few minutes later and in walks the man who carried her to the room. She suddenly realized that the man was her ex-husband, AJ.
"Are you ok?" He asks. Courtney doesn't answer. She just walks over to the couch and sits down, bringing her knees to her chest.
"Come on Courtney, say something!" AJ says while walking over to Courtney and placing her hand on his cheek. She could smell the alcohol on his breath, telling her he was drunk.
She didn’t know what to do but she knew she wasn’t going to let him see her break down. No he didn’t deserve to see that side of her only one man did. And only one man ever will.
“Get Away from me you sick bastard. What so you’ve been working with Alcazar the whole time? You are such a bastard AJ. In addition to that, you’re drunk. ” She spit out at him with a tone of defense evident in her voice.
He smiled. “That’s not true.”
“Yes it is and you are still a liar.”
He inched closer to her. She backed away. “What no hello kiss for your ex husband?” He said making kissing faces and puckering his lips at her. It made her want to puke.
“Don’t’ you mean my ex-stalker?”
“Ha-ha very funny. What did golden boy teach you that line?”
“No I learned it all by myself now get away from me you know what Jason will do to you if you hurt me. Just let me go.”
“Let you go? Oh no we are going to have a little fu-fu-fun.” He barely got out, he was so inebriated that he looked like he was either about to pass out or do something-crazy.
He inched towards her again, she backed away again. “Fine have it your way and I’ll have it mine. You should know, you are not getting out of here anytime soon.”

She slept alone that night. Things were strange. She was worried, scared, confused she just wanted Jason to hold her all night. She hummed a lullaby getting lost in her own little world wanting to forget it all, Alcazar, AJ, everything and just be with the man she loved. If only it were that simple.
So what do you think?
Chapter 2:
She slowly opens her eyes a few hours later. She squinted as the morning sunshine hit her face. She looked around but didn't see anything, just that cold dark room. She slowly sat up out of bed and looked around. Lavender walls, with curtains by the window. ‘The window!’ She saw it as an escape and tried to open it. She tried for five minutes it was jammed shut. ‘AJ’s not as stupid as I thought.’
She saw the door on the other side of the room. She thought it would be locked. Oddly it wasn’t. She opened the door slowly and then heard footsteps. She quickly went back inside the room and closed the door. She put her left ear up to the door and listened closely to what the men out side where saying. There were two men, guards she figured. ‘Hey man, she’s still asleep I check on her 10 minutes ago, let’s take a break, and grab some lunch with those twins we met yesterday. That blonde one was hot, did you see that rack on her.’ Courtney wanted to puke she could nearly hear the vile grin on his face. ‘C’mon AJ’s not even here.’ She heard the two men leave. This was her chance, AJ wasn’t here. ‘Ok here goes nothing.’ She opened the door once again, and then walked outside. Two hallways one left, and one right. ‘Innie, Meanie, Miney, Moe’ she pointed to the right side. She went down the hallway which lead to a living room. She was in a house. She opened the front door and recognized the neighborhood. She was still in Port Charles. It didn’t’ take very long for the thought to register in her head she quickly ran, she didn’t’ stop, she just kept running, left foot, right foot, she wasn’t going to stop until she was home.
After 10 minutes of running she saw the Harborview Towers, home she thought. Even though she was out of breath, she kept on running she wouldn’t stop until she was in Jason’s arms.
She works her way up to Jason's penthouse, hoping that he is there. She sneaks past the guard and opens the door to his penthouse. That’s when she sees him, sitting on the couch with his hands in his face.
"Jason," Courtney whispered in a soft, out of breath voice. Jason's head shot up and he looked over to see her standing there. The love of his life. He ran up to her and pulled her into a tight embrace, almost as if he wanted to see if she was really here.
"God Courtney, your home!!," He whispered before giving her a long passionate kiss. "Baby what happened? How did you get home?" He started asking lots of questions. She grabbed his hand before leading him over to the couch and sitting down. She took a deep breath before starting her story.
"Well, I had found a way to escape from Alcazar's yacht, so I tried. But he found me and we started fighting. I managed to fight him off and I escaped by jumping in the water. And the next thing I knew, AJ was pulling me out of the water and he took me to a house. Then I realized that he was trying to kidnap me too. So I waited until I was alone and jumped out the window and just ran. And that's how I got here," She finished before she started crying.
He wiped away he tears before saying, "Baby, listen, you have been through so much, let's go lay down." He grabbed her hand and led her up the stairs. They lay on the bed and Jason noticed the cold, distant look in her eyes. He leaned over and kissed her. They started out as sweet and gentle but they soon turned into passionate and deep. He inched closer to her and slowly slid his hands up her shirt. Suddenly Courtney pulled away.
"Jason I can't do this," She said before walking into the bathroom and slamming the door.
